When you delete your Rundzee Oracle account, it is switched off at once and permanently deleted 30 days later, together with your data. Until then you can change your mind; after that, the deletion is real and it is permanent.
Before you start
- Your Premium ends with your account. Premium is paid for inside the app, not through Apple or Google, and nothing renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel anywhere else.
- Empty your Oracle Wallet first. The app will not delete an account whose Oracle Wallet still holds money, so that the money is not lost: move it out first. If your wallet has a payment history, the app cannot close it on its own; email us and we will close the account for you.
- A guest account lives on your phone. If you never signed in with Google or Apple, your account is tied to the phone you used it on, and only the app can find it. Delete it in the app before you remove the app.
- After 30 days, this cannot be undone. Once the deletion is complete, nothing can be restored, even if you sign up again with the same email address. A new account starts empty.
Option 1 · In the app
Delete it in the app
- Update Rundzee Oracle to its latest version, open it, and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap your profile picture at the top of the Home screen to open your Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of your Profile and tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm. Your account is switched off at once and deleted for good after 30 days.
Option 2 · If you need help
Ask us to delete it
If you cannot follow the steps above — you cannot sign in, or you have already removed the app from your phone — you do not have to work it out on your own. Email us from the address on your Rundzee Oracle account and we will delete the account for you. You do not need to explain why.
Email us at admin@rundzee.com.
What happens, and when
The moment you confirm, your account is switched off: you are signed out everywhere, your shows, episodes and comments are hidden from other readers, and you stop receiving notifications.
30 days later it is deleted for good, with everything listed under What is deleted.
Changed your mind?
Sign in to the app with the same account within the 30 days. You will be asked whether to restore it: choose Restore My Account, and your readings, journal and everything else come back just as you left them.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, photo, birth date, birth time and place, gender, relationship status and location
- Every reading you have drawn, and your full reading history
- Your journal reflections, manifestations, affirmations and vision boards
- Your birth chart and all astrological data derived from it
- The people you added for compatibility readings
- Your daily energy scores and streaks
- The ZeeStories shows and episodes you published, and your comments
- The photos and audio you uploaded
- Your bookmarks and saved content
- Your Oracle Wallet, once it is empty
- Your sign-in credentials and any linked social sign-in
- Your device identifiers and push notification tokens
What is kept
Records we must keep by law — your payments, subscriptions and ZeePro orders — are kept for tax and legal purposes, without your name, your email or anything else that identifies you, and without any of your readings or journals.
What we do not do
- We do not keep a hidden or deactivated copy of your account after the 30 days.
- We do not sell your data, before or after deletion.
- We do not use your readings or journals to train anything once your account is gone.
- We do not ask you why you are leaving, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
How we handle your data while you have an account is set out in our Global Privacy Policy.
